The dangers of exercise.

March 1, 2009 - 12:01 am

Before starting a work out program you must consult your doctor whether you could do it. This is especially true if you are over forty and if you have heart ailments. Do not exercise very fast to finish off the work out soon. The body will respond well to a work out done slowly and regularly for a longer duration of at least forty minutes. Stop exercising if you feel out of breath or if you are sweating abnormally. These are indications of a heart attack. Drink lots of water after any work out to avoid the dangers of dehydration.
