Ban the fast cars
March 1, 2009 - 12:01 am
The cars that are introduced into the Indian market today are equipped with massive power and they are capable of exceeding a 150kmph very easily. But, India does not have a regulated traffic on the highways and the roads are not safe for testing these speed machines. Accidents occur and in spite of having a crumple zone and airbags many fast drivers have been killed in head on collisions. In western countries there are few chances for head on collisions as it is mostly a one way traffic. Cars that are driven are speeds of more than 80kmph must be seized by the government.
